

VEFDA (T) - Victoria Environmental and Fishery Development Association - Tanzania was formed in July 2000 by a merge of 16 groups in the regions of Mwanza, Kagera and Mara. The registrar of Societies in ministry of Home Affairs awarded registration of the organization SO. 10824 in February 2001. Since then, VEFDA (T) has developed a Strategic Plan 2002 - 2012 that covers the organization-prioritized activities on short term and long-term basis.
